  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent

  • self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to motivate others
  • experience of administering and support an O365 Environment, including AD and Office Apps
  • analytical approach and able to work effectively to solve problems
  • mobile Device Management experience including day to day maintenance, troubleshooting and procurement

  • the Primary function will be the managing and resolving the 1st and 2nd line support tickets within SLA for the various systems used, answering calls, emails and tickets logged via a Self-Service Portal
  • documenting resolutions to build up internal knowledge documents, and create help documents that can be shared with the wider teams
  • the managing of O365 and AD is key, alongside resolving hardware issues remotely, and the ordering of new hardware direct from vendors
