- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- be part of an experienced team helping to build and develop high quality domestic gardens to exacting standards
- follow best practice and ensure health and safety is maintained at all times
- take care of and ensure the all company property and any hire equipment is respected and looked after at all times
- you will help in the day to day running of site taking the lead from the site manager to ensure the safe and efficient running of site
- you will work alongside junior members helping them to understand the efficient running of site and helping to impart your knowledge to educate them just as your team leader will do with you
Requirements
- ideally you will have, but not necessary
- horticultural qualification or similar
- experience in landscaping and its associated tasks
- understand helping to set out a site from plan and understand levels
- you must be a highly motivated individual with an excellent, can-do attitude to your work
- excellent time keeping and organisational skills
- knowledge of tools and machinery used in construction of gardens
- you must be able to carry out landscaping tasks to the highest standard day in day out, all year round
