Responsibility

  • manage BWP’s external communications on all media, social media, news, and online funding platforms
  • monitor, evaluate and connect BWP’s social media to relevant stories/themes
  • create quarterly and annual media coverage reports
  • exploit existing communications channels and work in partnership with other agencies creating BWP ambassadors
  • development of public communications, such as website articles and blogs, with the wider BWP team
  • write engaging content and update the website , social media , and newsletters with current, accurate data, ensuring all posts have correct meta data to ensure high SEO
  • create and share case studies
  • raise awareness of the impact of domestic abuse and ensure that BWP are connected to national debates, lobbying and campaigns – engaging with businesses and service users
