- utilise Rhinoceros 3D and 3ds Max for advanced modelling and visualisation of designs
- select appropriate materials, furnishings, fixtures, and colour schemes to enhance the overall design
- manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
- collaborate with other professionals including architects, builders, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
- conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions
Requirements
- proven experience in interior design or a related field is essential
- proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite is required
- strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate various aspects of design projects effectively
- excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and team members
- A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills is highly desirable
- familiarity with CAD systems is advantageous but not mandatory
