Responsibility
- execute the day-to-day scheduling and posting of content across the club’s social media channels
- assist in planning content and relevant activations in line with associated strategies
- plan, create and publish content across matchdays for first team and academy teams
- work closely with the Content Manager to analyse content performance, report back on findings and adapt content accordingly
- react to events and breaking news, on and off the pitch, in real-time
- produce industry leading content ideas for the Club’s communication channels to improve output and to explore new and innovative ways in which to engage supporters
- stay abreast of the latest social trends, platform tools and emerging platforms to help inform Hull City’s social strategies
- provide editorial and technical support to team members when required
