Responsibility
ensure all staff members adhere to the Bright Futures code of conduct
meet, in full all governing bodies' regulations
contribute to the ongoing development of the organisations services, standards, and policy guidance
work with the HR team to take corrective action
assist Senior Managers in individual service development planning and wider planning. And lead the implementation of these plans in their designated workplace
assume sole responsibility for the delivery and monitoring of all service provisions within their designated workplace
take an active role in the recruitment and induction of staff
actively work to develop a high-performing team, holding individuals to account regarding their performance and conduct. Ensuring all team members are heard when voicing ideas, concerns, and opinions
Requirements
it is essential you hold a full UK driving licence
we are looking for someone who is confident in managing the day-to-day operations of the home and managing your hours to meet the business needs
you will be someone your team looks to for support and leadership to help deliver positive outcomes for the young people in your care
you should hold a Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership in Health & Social Care, or the willingness to work towards this qualification, and have a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
