- ensuring all levels of compliance are met and adhered to at all times
- liaising with the production office to deliver bespoke products for wholesale customers
- ordering supplies according to business needs and storage space
- reporting of weekly / monthly financials to our Bakery Director and ensuring that targets are met
- understanding and performing all relevant tasks required of each member of the bakery team
