through a network of internal and external partners, this role will ensure high quality student enhancement and enrichment opportunities
through development and sustaining of stakeholder partnerships to raise the profile of the Construction & Engineering department

lead on the identification and development of courses via employer engagement which ensure local skills are addressed
work with the Head of Department to meet the college’s strategic priorities through the business planning cycle
work closely with the Marketing Department to build innovative and creative marketing strategies
this manager will get to work with a great team and Head of Department who is down to earth, knowledgeable, supportive and encourages team members to have a voice
to work with the Head of Department /Curriculum Academic Manager and Team Leaders – in delivering an outstanding student experience
Requirements
experience of working in education or the third sector to develop stakeholder partnerships
experience leading teams in evaluating quality and performance and assessing the impact of projects
evidence of academic, industrial or commercial experience to develop business growth
evidence of ability to manage budgets
experience managing human, financial and physical resources
experience of working with employers, local government, NGOs or third sector organisations
ability to utilise IT for administrative and management purposes
