Requirements

  • we are currently looking to recruit a Caretaker to work mainly at our Spalding Campus
  • you will have good communication skills, be reliable and able to manage duties involving heavy physical work
  • you will have basic practical skills in order to complete minor maintenance tasks
  • you will be responsible for the security of the premises, contents and College users, you will maintain site safety and perform portering, cleaning and ground maintenance duties as required
  • A current valid driving licence is essential as you must be available on occasion for any out of hours emergencies, including security alarm callout
