- actively supporting the operation and laboratory managers in the calibration and maintenance of equipment
- performing internal audits under guidance of the Quality Manager
- raising non-conformances and addressing any quality issues identified
- managing the client satisfaction and customer complaints system, ensuring complaints are responded in a timely manner
- working with the laboratory team to maintain ISO 17025 accreditation
- attending assessments and audits by regulatory bodies or clients as required
- calculating Uncertainty of Measurement and ensuring report templates are updated accordingly
- keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure procedures are updated as required
