Sadly my experience with this company was marred by a lack any proactive communication, or response to my queries. They were unable to finalise my accounts in a timely manner. This led to immense stress and additional expense as errors over months were not picked up despite my flagging them. A lack of effective contingency planning on the part of the CE was unfortunate and inconsiderate. I gather they are now undergoing additional training and hope they improve.
My 2022-23 accounts still not completed & no communication caused me huge stress , very disappointed.
Can the CE be less defensive and develop a more considerate policy towards clients ( and staff presumably- (they were all so stressed) I thought for a long time before posting anything.
