Requirements

Responsibility
- processing of incoming and outgoing post
- perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- chasing and receiving audit reports from auditors, initial checks and submitting for technical review
- scheduling, attending and minuting technical meetings
- take an active role in identifying lessons learned and trends to the Programme Manager
