- build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the recruitment process
- manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and managing candidate onboarding
- keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the Healthcare sector
- meet and exceed targets and KPIs set by the business
- source and identify top talent for our clients in the Healthcare industry, using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A deep understanding of the Healthcare sector, including the regulatory environment, trends and developments
- strong business acumen and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and candidates
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to achieving results
- proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Healthcare industry, with a successful track record of placing candidates in a variety of roles
