Responsibility
- develop and prepare detailed drawings of architectural plans
- collaborate with the design team to develop and produce high-quality architectural and interior design documentation using Revit software
- create 3D models of buildings and structures
- translate design concepts into detailed 3D models and technical drawings
- conduct site visits to assess existing structures
- assist in creating accurate and coordinated construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- research building codes and regulations
- conduct research and analysis to support design development and project coordination
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- proficiency in Revit software and other relevant design tools
- strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- revit: 2 years
