Responsibility
- collaborate closely with the Head of Facilities to oversee and ensure health and safety compliance for all our operational sites
- conduct comprehensive risk assessments and actively participate in quarterly health and safety meetings, which may involve travel
- work in tandem with the Head of Facilities to formulate budgets covering all aspects within the role's purview
- provide initial approval for all expenditures, with secondary approval sought from the Head of Facilities
- ensure adherence to statutory requirements within the specified areas of responsibility
- partner with the Head of Facilities and relevant stakeholders to devise and finalize service provision and levels
- conduct regular monthly meetings with the Head of Facilities, ensuring that dates, agendas, and reports are mutually agreed upon
- undertake day-to-day administration and management of contracts and suppliers, coordinating with the Contracts Manager as needed
