Responsibility

• collaborate closely with the Head of Facilities to oversee and ensure health and safety compliance for all our operational sites
• conduct comprehensive risk assessments and actively participate in quarterly health and safety meetings, which may involve travel

• partner with the Head of Facilities and relevant stakeholders to devise and finalize service provision and levels
• conduct regular monthly meetings with the Head of Facilities, ensuring that dates, agendas, and reports are mutually agreed upon
• undertake day-to-day administration and management of contracts and suppliers, coordinating with the Contracts Manager as needed
• seek approval from the Head of Facilities before initiating additional purchases outside of agreed-upon contracts
• collaborate with the Head of Facilities to create, implement, and uphold documented processes that guarantee the delivery of agreed-upon service levels
• serve as the primary contact and issue manager for all matters raised by our operational sites within the designated scope of responsibility, escalating complex issues to the Head of Facilities
• manage day-to-day issues with property management agent , ensuring that the Head of Facilities is consistently informed
• collaborate with the Head of Facilities in resolving various property-related matters
• generate monthly reports for the Head of Facilities, contributing valuable insights for board reporting. The specifics of dates, agendas, and report formats will be collaboratively determined
