- strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- ability to manage a team effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- highly competent in using warehouse management software and MS Office
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- familiarity with or interest in Korean beauty products and the beauty industry is a plus
Responsibility
- maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment
- implement quality control measures to prevent damage and ensure product standards are met
- oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping
- ensure efficient and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments
- implement efficient stock management practices to minimise discrepancies and optimise stock levels
- identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, including KPIs, stock levels, and order fulfilment rates
