Responsibility
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand project goals and define design requirements
- conduct research to uncover user needs
- defining the needs of the user into statements that bring clarity to the solutions, features and experiences the business creates
- lead brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate new and innovative design concepts
- create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively
- constantly test and validate ideas with real users and customers
- develop high-fidelity visual designs in Figma that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines
- develop and maintain a design system for consistency across solutions
Requirements
- proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design process
- bringing innovative concepts to market
- proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Xd, Miro, Mural
- knowledge of development technologies
- in-depth understanding of user-centred design principles and interaction design
- working within agile development methodologies
- ability to convert concepts into visually stimulating build ready solutions
- designing experiences that encompass digital interfaces and physical products
