Responsibility
- our Client is looking to recruit enthusiastic and progressive individuals that want to join our ambitious and expanding coffee company
- if you have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service our client's Independent Coffee chain may be the place for you
- greet customers warmly and take their orders, providing recommendations based on their preferences
- operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness
- maintain a clean and organised workstation, following health and safety guidelines
- handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing customers with receipts when necessary
- engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- assist in the daily operations including restocking supplies and ingredients
Requirements
- previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is desirable but not essential
- customer service
- passion for coffee and a desire to learn and improve your skills
- hospitality
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of diverse backgrounds
