Requirements
- you will ideally have previous sales experience in a similar position, preferably within the wedding and events industry or something comparable
- you are passionate about events and prepared to put your all into delivering memorable experiences for our guests
- we have a couple of pub hotels in the area, and all employees are entitled to a staff discount
- sales: 1 year
- you forge strong working relationships and create genuine connections with colleagues and our valued guests through your excellent communication skills both on the phone and over email
- your organisation when it comes to managing your enquiries must be excellent – Every minute counts, so we need someone who can manage their time and their enquiries in a timely and personable manner when it comes to responses and booking in viewings
- you will share our company values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond to ensure every detail is considered
