Requirements

  • proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD
  • strong understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and materials
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
  • strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; we welcome recent graduates as well
  • must have good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • autoCAD: 1 year

Responsibility

  • collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications
