Responsibility
- support service users to attend college/any appointments
- ensure all incidents during shift are logged, including using any on-line systems as appropriate and a full handover is carried out at the end of a shift
- carry out regular welfare checks on service users and encourage them to participate in activities
- promote the development of service user’s independence and life skills by providing physical and emotional support
- carry out regular risk assessments as required
- ensure that the homes are in good order, encouraging the service users to clean bedrooms and communal areas and inform the manager of any repairs and maintenance needed
- maintaining good level of presentation and cleanliness in home Carry out regular health and safety checks of the homes
