Requirements

- the primary purpose of the Team Manager is to provide leadership and direction to a team of Support Workers in order to provide innovative high standards of specialist, person-centred care
- our Team Managers will provide effective leadership and support for care teams, acting as a champion for safety and dignity for the people we support whilst ensuring that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practice
Responsibility
- participate in and contribute to staff meetings
- ensure that service delivery is monitored and recorded accurately and competently to the agreed quality standards, policies, and procedures
- any other duties as reasonably requested, relative to the objectives of the post
