- act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships
- ensure the timely and effective delivery of services by collaborating with colleagues from the accounting and legal departments
- manage and optimize our CRM system, keeping accurate and up-to-date client records
- monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and proactively address any concerns or needs
- identify opportunities for additional services and upsell where appropriate
- prepare and deliver reports on client interactions and satisfaction metrics
- support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition into our services
Requirements
- proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role
- strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in using CRM tools and software
- A client-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- knowledge of accounting or legal services is a plus, but not essential
- account management: 1 year
