- we are grateful for the fantastic feedback we have received from our families
- building excellent relationships with parents and carers and developing a strong partnership between home and Nursery with our lovely families
- to provide a happy, supportive environment for the Nursery Team
- the pay scale of £27,873.33 – £34,007.56 per year is based on prorota of 40 hours per week
- manage and encourage the team, through day-to-day guidance, training, regular supervision and appraisals
- we opened our doors in September 2022 and have experienced significant growth, with over 60 families joining us within just five months

Requirements
- A minimum of Level 3 qualification in childcare
- relevant safeguarding training and a willingness to update training regularly
- excellent knowledge of the statutory framework for the early years foundation stage and Ofsted’s inspection framework
- A passion for childcare and achieving the highest standards to ensure that every child can fulfill their potential
- A minimum of 6 years' experience of working in a nursery
- A minimum of 3 years' management experience within a nursery
- excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
