Responsibility
- we are also looking for ad hoc staff to be trained to cover sickness and holidays
- the role is based in Portlethen, in Badentoy Business Park and onsite parking is available
- apardion are looking for a part time receptionist to work Monday - Friday for 4 and a half hours a day. The shift pattern rotates every two weeks, with one week from 08:00 am - 12:30 and the next week from 12:30 - 17:00 and so on
- receive visitors by greeting and welcoming them. Then, they usually direct them and announce them when appropriate
- perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, transcribing, filing, sorting and distributing paperwork
- manage calendars by scheduling important meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, and so on
- provide customer support by answering the phone and replying to emails in a timely manner and also receiving and sorting incoming and outgoing mail
- maintain the reception area and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies
