Requirements
- ideally educated to HNC level in a relevant field
- prior experience in a calibration or similar technical role, preferably in a construction material testing laboratory
- highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for maintaining accuracy and quality
- proficient in working with logic controllers and understanding their applications in calibration
- strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for troubleshooting and maintenance
- ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
- strong customer service skills and effective communication with clients and colleagues
- strong collaboration skills and a commitment to teamwork
Responsibility
- ensure all equipment used in the laboratory is calibrated and meets ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements
