- our Manchester service is tailored to working with children and young people who are seeking asylum in the UK
- we are seeking an experienced Service Manger to fulfill a full time role with our friendly and expanding team
- participate in service developments including planning, control, monitoring, review and evaluation activities to ensure continuous improvements in service delivery
- to be responsible for people management, relating to sickness, absence, capabilities and discipline
- we offer specialist support, care, advice and guidance tailored to each young person’s needs to support them in their transition into adulthood and independent living
- we are seeking an experienced Manger to fulfill a full time role with our friendly and expanding team. You will not need to register with Ofsted
- reporting to the Managing Director, the candidate will lead the day to day running of the business including but not limited to
- to provide on-call assistance as required to staff

- vast experience of working with children and young people
- level 3 or 4 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
- proven outcomes with Ofsted
- level 5 in Leadership & Management
- an excellent knowledge of OFSTED and interview process
- be confident in providing leadership to the team
