Responsibility
- allsop & Francis are currently seeking an ambitious, professional and well organised individual to join our excellent office sales department
- the role is quite varied and will include the following main functions
- as a family run business we prioritise good character, team work and exceeding expectations above all, so if you have those qualities and also love to sell solutions to people then we want to hear from you
- our industry is quite niche, and yet very varied, so we need someone who is dynamic and able to talk and take care of people from all walks of life whilst ensuring great customer service at the same time
- we provide high-end Miele Professional laundry equipment & dishwashers as well as ongoing service contracts to all kinds of sectors including the NHS and Care Sector, Large Private Houses, Professional Football Clubs, Golf Clubs and Sports Venues, Hotels and Restaurants and many more very interesting customers that require our services
- contract Sales and Renewals - We have a large existing customer base that have a variety of service contracts on their equipment which need to be renewed each year, this is more of a soft sales approach and will be very rewarding to someone who is highly organised and has great communication skills as we pay commission on both new contracts and renewals ensuring a steady year on year increase in pay when this is done well over time
- sales Support - you will also be required to support our field sales team, as this will enable you to learn more about the industry, as well as provide you with opportunities to go out to site and understand the needs of our clients better, which in turn should improve your effectiveness within the role
- supporting the development of our marketing - another part of the role will be in supporting our marketing plans and contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives to increase our inbound leads and enquiries
