Responsibility
- must have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to think outside the box
- supporting the project manager implementing improvements across all Alloga sites by streamlining processes and reducing waste following the DMAIC methodology
- full training on DMAIC will be provided
- must be a strong team player with a vison for success and a can do attitude
- we now have an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and high performing team as our new Assistant Shift Manager. Monday to Friday 10am-6pm, must be flexible to cover various shift patterns
- deputise for other Management as and when required
- encourage a Continuous Improvement culture throughout your team
- conduct briefings using excellent communication skills
Requirements
- at least 2 years Warehouse experience ideally within a supervisory capacity
- highly PC Literate with strong administrative skills
- an assertive yet motivational leader with staff management experience
- ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified or above
