If you want to be in a abusive and toxic work environment then this is the place to be.
Not run by professionals or leaders, except toxic narcissistic people wanting power and abuse you. They hide from accountability and will quite happily through you under the bus.
You will be forced to lie to clients and pretend the AC has broken down and be forced to lie to owner AC reps as there is no integrity with this company. They operate on dishonesty and how much they can rip clients off by.

Easily the worst place.
The Management is toxic, they have no structure and are "chancers" . If you care about you're mental wellbeing its better to stay away from this company.
Micromanaging, no trust and zero leadership skills from CEO to bottom down.
You get paid to work 24/7 to have no life and put up with abuse all day long.

Wow I have always found it amazing to work in such lines, it's interesting what you write because it would seem that the wages must be high which makes people walk around happier and more respectful

Bribary is an excellent tool used to keep people happy and over inflated salary for those who accept to work without integrity and don't mind being abused.
If you have low self esteem and low self worth this place will make you feel special.

As for AIR CHARTER SCOTLAND in Glasgow - very good employer, pay for work always on time. There is a bonus and they pay overtime.
