Extremely disappointed with the service. I paid £23.99 for an eligibility check and £38 for an iCloud unlock, only to be told my phone is blacklisted and cannot be unlocked. The eligibility check fee is non-refundable, which wasn’t made clear enough upfront. I’m now left out of pocket with no resolution. The lack of transparency and the refusal to issue a refund for a service that couldn’t be completed is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone
