Job descriptionInbound Sales AdvisorAbout the roleWorking 11am to 9pm Monday to Friday and one Sunday a month from 8am to 5pm \*Sunday shift is paid as overtime at normal rate.As an Inbound Sales Advisor you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat. Listening to your customers’ needs and recommending the right product for them will be part of your daily tasks. You will use your sales skills to convert enquiries to sales. You will facilitate a job booking to the relevant internal or external contact within Aerial Express.
