Responsibility
- provide direct care and supervision to youth in a structured environment

- maintain accurate records of youth progress and behavior
Requirements
- experience working with children, preferably in a youth or educational setting
- knowledge of special education principles and practices is a plus
- strong mentoring and counseling skills
- ability to effectively communicate and engage with youth from diverse backgrounds
- patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors
- flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules

Education
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field preferred
