- act as the Trust Health and Safety Lead
- any other responsibility as reasonably directed by the COO or CEO
- lead on compliance and statutory testing
- to be an active member of the facilities team, undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance tasks and providing cover as required
Requirements
- trade apprenticeship or relevant site experience
- commitment, drive, innovation and integrity
- A proven track record of successful project or operations management with a strong track record in delivering operational excellence
- outstanding communication, influencing and negotiating skills across a range of internal and external stakeholders
- understanding of, and commitment to, equality and diversity
- significant understanding of Health and Safety legislation and compliance
- exemplary oral and written communication skills
- flexible approach to work, working location across the Trust and working times
