- you’ll be involved in making sure we are delivering on our value of ‘Customer 1st’ and delighting our key customers daily
- liaising with our subcontracted hauliers and in house team placing haulage bookings and securing confirmations
- proactively carrying out call overs to ensure all bookings are secured daily

- we are looking to welcome an apprentice into our Freight Forwarding team, our Apprentice Administrator will be eager to learn about the logistics and freight field and will be ready to learn from a team of highly skilled professionals
- maintain the customer booking document updating bookings with the correct information and logging any changes
- our Apprentice Administrator will be working alongside our Account Manager to manage our highly successful global home wear account, you’ll be responsible for making sure operational process are accounted for and actioned daily
- manage delivery KPI’s and update the booking sheet daily with any failures including the correct failure codes
Requirements
- excellent and accurate written and verbal skills
- A desire for continuous personal and professional development
- excellent attention to detail
- the ability to engage and build relationships with both internal and external customers
- excellent IT skills with particular emphasis on Microsoft packages
