Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and deliveries
- schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and meet KPIs
- ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained
- assist with picking, packing, goods in and goods out processing when required
- organise and process customer orders, including to customer specific requirements and ensure timely despatch of stock
- check orders after picking for accuracy advising warehouse staff of any errors in order to minimise future discrepancies
- order new supplies in a timely manner
- adexa Direct Ltd is a leading supplier, importer, and distributor of Professional Catering Equipment via its e-Commerce site. As the business grows, we are looking to strengthen and expand our team
Requirements
- three or more years of experience in warehouse management
- experience managing within a Fast-moving dynamic environment
- proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
- license to operate a forklift
- excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- A strong understanding in Health & Safety best practice
- ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
- ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
