- quality assure implementation of the risk assessment mitigation recommendations and advice for the physical and operational security measures into the site processes and security overlays
- develop relationships with key stakeholders and external local security delivery partners to ensure a seamless operation in execution of roles and responsibilities
- developing processes and procedures in line with customer requirements
- lead the Security Team ensuring they are suitably developed, trained, rehearsed, briefed, ready and available to carry out their roles and responsibilities at all times
- ensure that all incidents are recorded, investigated and reported upon in line with company and statutory reporting requirements
