Responsibility
- motivating patients to help restore and improve their health and self-esteem
- providing medication to patients and providing pre- and post-operation care
- ensure the security of the building and the safety of the service users living in the Home
- providing psychological and physical support to parents, family members and friends
- to be flexible and responsive at all times and to meet the changing needs of the service and the service users
- identifying patient care requirements
- work with individuals to promote healthy lifestyle by liaising with local healthcare professionals
- assuring the quality of care to patients through adhering to therapeutic standards
Requirements
- A coloured copy of your Driving licence {optional}
- proof of National Insurance
- CSTF Training certificates, find the training list attached
- A copy of DBS certificate, page 1,2
- occupational health proof for MMR, TB/BCG, Varicella & Hepatitis B
- 2 x Proof of address dated within the last 3 months or council tax or P60 dated the last 12 months
- full updated CV with no gaps
- nursing: 1 year
