- assist the driver in loading and unloading goods onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and secure placement
- conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- navigate using provided GPS or maps to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries
- act as a point of contact between the driver and customers, providing friendly and professional assistance
- ensure all delivered items are accurately documented and obtain customer signatures as required
- adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain a safe and accident-free work environment
