Requirements
- educated to degree level in ICT or related relevant discipline with a chartered professional qualification or equivalent experience
- A qualification and/ or knowledge of lifecycle or capability elements of ITIL
- experience in developing and executing a Service Desk, Client Support, and End User Support strategy
- leading a service desk capability within a complex organisation, and delivering a service desk function with a customer-centric mindset
- experience in designing service models and managing 3rd party suppliers in support of service excellence
- willingness to travel, locally, nationally, or overseas, as required

Responsibility
- taking over the effective ‘day-to-day’ operational management of the IT service delivery, including defining and driving the implementation of an effective Service Delivery strategy with an operating model that meets today's and tomorrow's needs of the global A-Gas group
