Responsibility
- work closely with suppliers to gain their expertise and build your knowledge of their product USP’s
- develop a comprehensive knowledge of the brands' products to enhance upselling and cross-selling opportunities to retailers
- utilise our CRM, Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, target, and engage retailers aligned with the brands' profiles and objectives
- work closely with PR, marketing and Amazon agency to maximise sales opportunities across D2C and B2B
- collaborate with the CEO to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our international brands, gaining a deep understanding of their unique needs and objectives
- monitor sales and performance metrics for each brand, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results
- regularly prepare and deliver reports and presentations to brands, showcasing progress and demonstrating ROI
- monthly forecast reporting to SMT
Requirements
- proven success in building relationships through all channels encompassing digital, phone, and face-to-face interactions
- confidence in high-level lead generation, including LinkedIn and networking platforms
- exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- expertise in using digital tools and software for sales
- self-motivated, integrity-driven individual who thrives on building strong, honest relationships
- experience in educated health, toys, kitchen and home, consumer electronics or similar fields would be advantageous
- A genuine passion for sustainable and captivating brands
