This role is tied to Supply and Procurement as functions, so will require an understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement, how Change Management should be delivered in these functions, ramifications and the key stakeholders. Change Impact, Change Management, creation of Change Networks, and Stakeholder Management. Work with Functional Leads and SMEs to understand the technical nature of Change, to simplify and facilitate the creation of the Change Management plan. Assess and capture Change Impact on the Business and End-User Communities. Requirements: Strong Change Manager, conversant with end-to-end Change Management fundamentals and Change Management methodology. Considerable experience in large-scale IT, Technology or ERP Transformation. Experience in the delivery of Change Management in Supply or Procurement functions.
