May I also kindly add that the fact that the majority of your employees are indolent, spending most of their shifts addicted to their own private devices while sitting on their backside, with little to no effort to engage or assist your vulnerable clients, speaks volumes.

My wife and I decided to spoil ourselves and order some food. Not only did we get the full order, but we spent an entire hour dealing with these goons. I first called to let them know we did not get our main meal. We were at this point told we'd get a call back within 2 minutes. 10-15 minutes pass and no phone call. I called, explained the problem again and am offered some humble apologies by a very kind woman. Still, no solutions. Later I am told that they will not be refunding us and that we should deal with Deliveroo. Whilst discussing this, they hang up on me. By no means am I a 'Karen', in fact I'm quite reasonable, but these guys are absolute cowboys. I would recommend never purchasing from these people. Save your money and get a Co-op Indian meal deal. At least you know what you're getting. By all means, if you wish to be scammed, go ahead and order.
