Laura Marco consistently posts fake job adverts and the company merely collects CVs and personal info without ever following through. I have worked with many recruitment agencies, on both sides of the job market, and this is by far the worst, most disrespectful company I have seen.

I have never known a candidate or jobseeker who was placed in a role through them and I would never recommend this agency to my employers or any jobseeker. Save your time and work with an agency who will reply and respect your time.

It’s more than a year since I got a job through Silver & Bow! Fantastic company! They helped me get what I wanted and needed, always being able to talk about everything: they prepared me for the interviews, trials, how to make myself better. In addition, didn’t stop our relationship after getting the job that I wanted: they continued to communicate with me always asking me if I was happy with my job, if I needed anything else or if I needed any help or advice. An incredible agency with amazing people!

Silver & Bow are superb.My registration interview with them years ago was in person. They've placed me on jobs I wouldn't have dreamt of.The clients,the establishments I've worked in boosted up my CV and experience to whole another level.The owner Laura in my eyes is incredibly beautiful person inside and out.She is my role model as she manages to be extremely successful, hardworking, ambitious, busy and in the same time great wife,daughter and brilliant mum of 4 children while looking like a model(I don't know how she do it ).My consultant Lauren has always been there for me when things get rough.She is such a kind sweetheart, very polite,great work ethic.Understands my needs ,always giving me prompt explanation and answers my questions. She's been contactable outside of office hours on so many occasions. There's no early morning or late evening for her She's so quick at replying even though she's having a little boy.The whole team are wonder women and great mums,very close knit as they always cover each other.Mimi the PA is amazing, very helpful and always there for whatever.I am a professional housekeeper with extensive experience of 12 years.I 've had a colleague with whom we became friends and even on different jobs now we stay in touch.She absolutely loves Olivia who is her consultant and always say superlatives about her. I highly recommend Silver and Bow as they are reliable and in between permanent positions they were finding me great temporary.And last but not least their rates are highly competitive. For one job I had a higher hourly rate than my colleague who's been placed via another agency. Keep it up girls.You're my number 1 when it comes to job hunt.Thank you very much indeed ❤️❤️❤️

During my 6 years as a nanny I’ve worked with many different agencies but what makes Silver and bow stand out is that they care about the staff and their clients equally, and they go the extra mile to match the right profile with the right family. For this reason the placements I’ve found through them had always longevity and a good environment to work in.

I couldn’t be happier with Silver and Bow, that’s the 2nd time they placed me with a great position. Both the owner and the agent that I’ve been in contact with for may years now are great and very responsive, always helped me through the process with the interviews until the last bits to be fully hired. Differently from some reviews I’ve read here I can testify they are not a scam, I have been in person to their office and met them face to face, as for the all the jobs they advertise, I have been interviewed and trialled for many. Really strange to read comments saying the other way around.

They are the worst agency in the world. The jobs are probably fake listings and whatever is going on behind bars must be a scam. They never ever respond or reach back but constantly post incredible job listings that for whatever reason you cannot find advertised anywhere else. Which is suspicious as most families use multiple agencies at the same time. Do no trust them, hopefully one day the truth will come out about whatever data harvesting scam they are running.

Advertise for Roles, request CV's but don't have the ethical compass to acknowledge recieot of the expression of interests and CV's collected.

Capable of providing a shiny professional brand, yet the basics of answering and replying to emails or telephone calls is not rated very highly in the industry.

I'm registered with this agency for years , they have my current employees personal details , my CV , phone number , address and copy of my passport and council tax . The thing is I never ever had any job offer or the jobs I'm applying for never ger response from them . I have 20 years experience in housekeeping with excellent references . I currently work for the past 10 years in 1 household so I don't think there is a problems with my experience I think they false advertising. (deleted by the administrator) one of the agents communicate via WhatsApp and in the middle of getting a job she stop responding. Their Instagram is set as a private so they will accept who they want to accept. If anyone considering registering with them please do not , is something not right with this company . I had nothing but bad experience especially when you are looking for a job and there is no communication at all . They probably only respond to clients with money but if you are candidate they treat you like nobody . Don't waste your time.

False ads to lure you in and once they have copies of documents they "must have to proceed with the application" photo, proof of I.D, etc . Not real jobs and clearly just fishing for your data, DON'T SEND ANYTHING TO THEM, I have no idea what there going to do with my data I hope it's not a scam. Save yourself slot of hassle and don't bother.This is a terrible company and the managing director is discriminating candidates is bulling and treating with lawyers whoever dares to contact her in regards the date protection and the equality act. Honestly, speaking I am still shocked ! I never imagined a London based recruitment agency is not taking into account The Equality Act 2010 includes provisions that ban age and race and nationality discrimination against adults in the provision of services and public functions.This ban came into force on the 1st of October 2012 but not for Silver and Bow apparently !

The job posting states that a full-time, live-out housekeeper position is available for a property close to Great Missenden. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The ideal candidate should live locally, within a reasonable commute, and must have a driver's license.
