The customer service is not up to standard. They told us initially that they aim for 100% satisfaction but unfortunately this does not appear to be the case.
Once you have paid them upon completion of the job, it is very hard to get them back out if there are things you notice that need fixed.
They avoided a lot of my attempts to contact them via text, email and phone call which is extremely unprofessional.
The main issue we had was that they missed a small area behind our shed that we asked them to pave during the initial job and they said they would do it, however it was not done. We tried to get them back out to finish paving it for around 2 months after the job and eventually, I got the project manager on the phone who tried to quote me to pave the area, claiming it was not part of the original job (which is nonsense as we specifically asked about it and were told via text that it would be done). When I reminded him of the text and informed him we would not be paying for it, he hung up on me.
It seems that once they had our money, customer satisfaction was no longer a concern which is disappointing as the job they did mostly looks good, but their service greatly let them down.

Do people with established connections have a higher chance of being employed by CROWN PAVING AND BUILDING in Wishaw?
CROWN PAVING AND BUILDING seems to grant raises less often than STANCLIFFE HOMES. Can anyone confirm this?
Is the company in Wishaw recruiting now? What are the working conditions? A big thank-you.

So you paid for the service, they made some mistakes and didn't want to fix that? Or maybe I misunderstood you...
