My wife and I decided to spoil ourselves and order some food.

Not only did we get the full order, but we spent an entire hour dealing with these goons. I first called to let them know we did not get our main meal. We were at this point told we'd get a call back within 2 minutes.

10-15 minutes pass and no phone call. I called, explained the problem again and am offered some humble apologies by a very kind woman. Still, no solutions.

Later I am told that they will not be refunding us and that we should deal with Deliveroo. Whilst discussing this, they hang up on me. By no means am I a 'Karen', in fact I'm quite reasonable, but these guys are absolute cowboys.

I would recommend never purchasing from these people. Save your money and get a Co-op Indian meal deal. At least you know what you're getting.

By all means, if you wish to be scammed, go ahead and order.
