My name is Joke Berkhout my adres is AMG Schmidtstreet 6 1822MB Alkmaar The Netherlands
I ordered one Liu Jo bag rwo Liu Jo scarves and rwo Liu Jo slippers
My tracking number is LV950694239CN
And post nl told me they delivered my order in the mailbox, but what I recieved that day were 2 small plastic envelopes with thank you notes in it.
And no parcels witch is not possible because it was not a mailbox parcel it was to big and to much to put into my mailbox am I being scammed?
I paid 68 euros but did not recieve anything
What can you do about this situation?
If I don’t recieve my parcels than I would like a refund at the bank where I paid my goods with

Post nl told me they delivered my Parcels in my mailbox the only thing I recieved where two small plastic envelopes with a thank you note in it adressen to me and send from that’s it
But no goods and I paid 68 euros but recieved nada
