Responsibility
- as a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting change
- analysing the structure of the business and departments to understand how it operates and each parts purpose and objectives
- identifying any challenges with the business model and making priority led recommendations
- highlighting potential solutions and improvements for the business
- creation of reports highlighting risk and impact and presenting findings to the leadership teams
- overseeing the implementation of process improvements after discussion with key stakeholders
- carrying out training sessions and workshops to support departments in their adoption of new processes
- developing comprehensive end-to-end test cases for implemented changes
Requirements
- previous experience within a business analysis or project led position
- strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business using tact, diplomacy, and persuasiveness
- previous experience of supporting employees through business change and adapting to different methods of training based on individual needs
- strong attention to detail and technicalities
- excellent research and analytical skills
