Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to have a full understanding of and implement the EYFS Framework. Supporting the team overseeing planning and record keeping
- promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers and other family members
- to have an understanding to keep a balance between the Christian, charitable and commercial aspects of the Association’s work
- to ensure the duties and processes required by Ofsted are in place and that they are regularly reviewed, and new processes are being implemented as and when required
- to have a strong commitment to uphold the companies’ policies on Safeguarding Children, Young People & Vulnerable Adults, and to have the desire to want to work with Children and families and make a difference to their lives
- to ensure that the Policies and Procedures of the Childcare Department and those of the YMCA are carried out, reviewed as necessary and are understood fully
- to ensure that risk assessments are carried out on a regular basis for all areas that staff and children access and all activities they may take part in and to ensure the implementation of Health and Safety Regulations are in place
- to make a commitment to understand and uphold the Mission and Values of the YMCA so that we make a difference to young people and their lives
