Requirements

  • minimum 5 years’ experience of working in Property environment including property administration and property financials
  • experience in property management/administration is essential
  • good numerical skills and the ability to spot minute errors
  • excellent organisation and time critical skills
  • the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • 'Can do' work ethic is essential
  • property management: 5 years

Responsibility

  • supporting the finance team with new sales, recording completions in line with completions process in house
  • liaising with external utility companies to ensure tenant are billed correctly
  • overseeing all administrative functions in a office
  • A variety of clerical duties such as filing; managing mail; taking telephone calls and typing
  • assisting with property service charge budget setting/sending out Y/E service charge statements
